*Persons living in Mecosta county should call the CALL center at 888-783-8190 UNLESS calling for an appointment regarding Social Security Disability.  If you are calling about a Social Security Disability case, you should call the Grand Rapids  office at 1-800-442-2777.

People living in the following areas--Allegan, Berrien, Cass, Kalamazoo, Lake, Mason, Mecosta, Muskegon, Newaygo, Oceana, Osceola, Ottawa, St. Joseph, and Van Buren counties should call the Toll free INTAKE LINE 888-783-8190 rather than the local office.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday:  9 a.m to 4 p.m.

Wednesday: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This is a CALL center and, while some calls are answered immediately, you should expect to spend some time on "hold". Wait times to speak with a lawyer average 10 minutes but may be longer at busier times. However, when the phone is answered you will be able to speak with an attorney who can assist you. Busiest times are on Mondays and in the first hour of the day. If your problem is not an emergency, you may want to call at the less busy times.

If you are calling about a Social Security Disability case, you should call the local office serving your county.
