What does it take to provide these services???
A volunteer Board of Directors made up of 21 lawyers and representatives of the low income community who are committed to guiding the program in its efforts to provide high-quality legal assistance to those who otherwise would be unable to obtain adequate legal counsel and who insure that the program is accountable to its clients.
Funding from a wide variety of state, federal and local government and private sources along with donations from attorneys and other individuals.
A dedicated staff of 35 lawyers and 18 support staff in 7 offices and more than 100 lawyers who volunteer time to handle cases pro bono.
